4T GROUP has a strong background in building construction and has a current CIDB rating of 8GB PE, which allows us to perform building contracts of up to R130 million. Building construction concretises architectural concepts and structural engineering designs into a physical entity that can serve the needs of its inhabitants. At 4T GROUP, we adopt a team approach that includes input from the diverse range of contractors and professionals generally associated with building and structural engineering projects, from inception stage, so that the solution that is developed is well planned, elegant, and cost effective, and one that offers the client the best value for investment.
