4T GROUP offers an integrated approach to meeting the challenge of servicing our country’s infrastructural backlog. In the light of governments housing strategy and the targets set through the Millennium Development Goals, increasing pressure is being placed on municipalities to deliver quality infrastructure within the constraints of budget, time and limited human resources. Additional demands are being placed on supporting bulk and local infrastructure, and existing infrastructure needs to be maintained whilst new infrastructure has to be constructed. Fiscal management legislation places further demand on the time of municipality personnel, leaving less time to effectively manage technical issues.
